COGS and Inventory Snapshot

When labor and insurance costs are rising, margin visibility isn't a nice-to-have. In the first four weeks since the October 1 launch, we've seen multiple marinas running these reports on a weekly basis. If you haven't already, check out last month's article for all the details. The report lives in your Dockwa dashboard under Reports.

Service Module Updates

Six updates shipped this month, all based on direct feedback from marinas in early access:

• Outstanding balance and total price now visible on the work order list, sortable, with unpaid balances in orange
• Work order history tab on the customer contact profile, beside their Reservations and Contracts
• Print-outs that read cleanly in black and white
• Edit a work order's request description from the detail page
• Optional start time when scheduling, in 15-minute increments
• Registration, hull ID, and location on printed work orders

Coming Soon: Guest Contract Signing

Boaters will soon be able to sign marina contracts without a Dockwa account — they get the email link, sign, and they’re done. No account creation required. This is the number-one reason boaters contact support during contract season. Available to all Contracts customers soon. Stay tuned for updates.
