The 2016 hurricane season saw its worst with Hurricane Matthew’s October devastation. This year we're barely into September and Texas is already reeling from the chaos and tragedy Hurricane Harvey wreaked. Hurricane Irma is currently predicted to do that and worse on the Caribbean, Florida, Bahamas, and the lower East Coast this weekend.
